How To Participate
1. Start Selling
- Every dollar of Premier Program sales counts toward your $0.5 million goal.
- Contest runs May 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
- To receive credit for Premier Program sale, it will need to be funded by January 31, 2026.
2. Watch Your Progress
- Your Comfort Connect Account Manager will provide updates on how you’re tracking and distance to your goal
- Check your status any time on the Comfort Connect platform. Earn badges, choose your destination, and watch your sales get closer to your goal!
3. Lock It In
- Hit $500k total in Premier Program sales, all funded by January 31, 2026, and you and a plus one can pack your bags to the destination of your choice! No contest. No drawings.
- Airfare and lodgings included – dining, drinks or amenities vary per trip but included in different ways.

Terms & Conditions
Participation in the Race to $500K promotion is open to all active
authorized contractor’s sales representatives and comfort advisors.
- Promotion period runs from May 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
- Only sales of the Premier Program qualify toward the $500,000 sales goal.
- Sales must be fully funded (not just signed) by January 31, 2026 to be eligible for credit toward the promotion.
- Comfort Connect will maintain the official record of sales credited toward the promotion. Participants are encouraged to track their own progress but final numbers will be verified internally.
- Only individual sales will be counted. Team totals or company totals do not qualify—this is an individual challenge.
- Virgin Voyages Cruise: Passports are highly recommended but not required (must have a state-issued birth certificate and government-issued ID if no passport). Comfort Connect is not responsible for travel disruptions due to inadequate travel documents.
- Bar Tab: The Virgin Voyages cruise includes a $300 Bar Tab credit for onboard beverages. Additional charges beyond the credit are the traveler’s responsibility.
- All-Inclusive Resort: Resort stay covers all meals, snacks, and drinks at designated restaurants and bars within the resort. Specialty experiences, off-site excursions, and spa services may carry additional charges.
- Scottsdale Resort: Room accommodations include access to pools, gym, and spa amenities (some spa treatments may carry additional fees).
All prizes may be considered taxable income. Recipients are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Comfort Connect may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the total fair market value of the prize.
- Comfort Connect reserves the right to modify trip dates or destinations based on availability or circumstances beyond our control.
- Comfort Connect reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating promotion rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Each qualifying participant may choose one (1) trip option from the available choices:
- Virgin Voyages Cruise + 1-night hotel stay in Miami before embarkation
- All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico (Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo)
- Luxury Resort Stay in Scottsdale, Arizona (Royal Palms Resort & Spa)
- Trips include roundtrip airfare for two guests (economy class), hotel/cruise accommodations, and any listed inclusions (such as Virgin Voyages’ $300 bar tab).
- Winner is responsible for any additional travel expenses outside of the provided package (e.g., additional meals, excursions, upgrades, checked baggage fees, ground transportation not otherwise provided, etc.).
- Travel must be booked through Comfort Connect’s designated travel coordinator. No cash substitutes, trip exchanges, or transfer of the prize to other individuals are permitted.
- Travel dates will be agreed upon between the traveler and Comfort Connect.
