Your Premier Program Authorized Contractor will provide comfort options that best meet the needs of your specific situation, including options from one or more nationally recognized equipment manufacturers.
No, per the terms of your Premier Program Agreement, your monthly payment covers installation, maintenance, consumables, and covered repairs (parts and labor) throughout the term of the agreement.
As a Premier Program customer, you can expect 24/7 priority scheduling should your home comfort system ever need servicing. Please contact your Premier Program Authorized Contractor and one of their qualified service technicians typically will be dispatched to your home within 24 hours.
If you sell your home, you have two options with the Premier Program:
Option 1: Transfer your Premier Program Agreement to the new homeowners, thereby only paying for what you used.
Option 2: Exercise your early purchase option, per the terms of your Premier Program Agreement.
