Terms & Conditions
If you do not have a
Premier Rewards® card
- Eligible participants will receive an electronic Amazon gift card via email from Comfort Connect.
- *First-time participants must register at www.comfortconnect.com/premier-rewards to upload their W9 form.
- Payouts will be issued by December 1, 2025, for sales funded by that date. Deals funded between December 2 and December 15 will be paid out on December 15, 2025.
Any remaining sales will be paid once funding is complete. - For additional details or questions, please contact your Account Manager.

- Eligible participants will receive a payout from Comfort Connect loaded onto your Premier Rewards card.
- *First-time participants must register at www.comfortconnect.com/premier-rewards to upload their W9 form.
- Payouts will be issued by December 1, 2025, for sales funded by that date. Deals funded between December 2 and December 15 will be paid out on December 15, 2025.
